I finally managed to finish my Nani?Bird custom this weekend! Wat Kind?
So, let me introduce you to Urb’an Mynah :D Typically found in open woodland, cultivation and around habitation, this Asian native has taken over the streets (and skies) of our cities since its arrival on South African soil somewhere around 1902. A trouble causer, and one of only three birds on the list of the worlds 100 most invasive species, this pest knows how to kick up a fuss and make its presence known. Maximum street cred.
Here’s a breakdown of the term WHAT KIND, thanks to Urban Dictionary for anyone who may be curious...
Greeting, slang, used most commonly in South Africa (subsequently also the source of the term).
Also used as a question, in order to show emotion as well as to find out information about certain things.
Also spelt "whatkyn", "watkyn" or ‘kyn”.
Donavan: "What kind gents”
Crowd: "Howsit, what's up?”
My Nani?Bird custom, Urb’an Mynah is now available for DOWNLOAD via www.nanibird.com - Take a look and build your own!
Enjoy!

great work!
